The entrance hall features 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a practical sleeping solution for additional guests. The combined living and sleeping room is equipped with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a comfortable and versatile space for rest and relaxation. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. The studio also benefits from a small balcony with a north-facing and north-east-facing position, affording beautiful views of the mountains.

This vacation rental is well appointed with a range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable stay. Electric heating is available throughout the studio, keeping the space warm during cooler periods. The living and sleeping area features a flat screen television for your entertainment. The kitchenette is fully equipped for self-catering, offering 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave. Please be aware that Tassimo capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
