This space opens directly onto a south-east facing terrace of 30 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 3 rooms. The first room contains 1 bunk bed sleeping 2 guests per bunk, the second room features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm, and the third room is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm. A shared bathroom with bath, shower, and WC serves this floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
