The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 3 rooms.
