It includes a living/dining room, a small room with a single bed measuring 90 cm x 200 cm, a large room with a single bed of the same size and a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, and another large room with a French bed of the same dimensions. The apartment has a parquet floor throughout.

The apartment is equipped with a large kitchen that has four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. It also has a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the apartment. Outside, there is a small terrace of 20 square meters with terrace furniture and an electric barbecue. Additionally, the apartment provides a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. Please note that there is a smoke alarm installed.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
