"Tamariu II" is a 3-room penthouse vacation rental of 50 m2 situated on the 3rd floor, designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is bright and thoughtfully furnished, featuring a dining table and access to the large terrace of 17 m2, where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the sea, the mountains, and the resort. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm and also offers direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds of 90 cm each. The bathroom is fitted with a hip bath, bidet, and WC. A small terrace of 3 m2 provides an additional outdoor space. The property is located on the 3rd floor and has no lift access.

The penthouse is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. The small kitchen features 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Price Match
Le plus de cette location est la très belle terrasse (merci Sanneke), vue et situation face à la plage et au port. A noter que l'assistance Interhome est venue rapidement régler la T.V. pour que nous ayons les chaînes françaises, et changer le grille-pain qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Cependant 2 points négatifs ont gâché notre séjour :
1) bruit discontinu, jour et nuit, de la colonne d'extraction d'air du restaurant Tamariu situé au rez de chaussée, bourdonnement sourd continuel avec arrêt quelques minutes et reprises régulières (surtout gênantes la nuit dans le calme environnant ; nous l'avons signalé à l'agence INTERHOME de LLANCA qui n'ont pas eu l'air surpris...
2/ pas de WIFI, ce qui est surprenant sachant que ce logement appartient probablement au restaurant, vu la colonne montant sur tous les appartements de l'immeuble ; à ce sujet, il nous a été répondu que la WIFI n'était pas indiquée dans la description ; nous louons beaucoup et c'est la première fois que cela nous arrive, on sera vigilant à l'avenir.
A noter quelques autres dégradations, vaisselle ébréchée, table de la terrasse cassée, murs largement fissurés.
Voir photos de la colonne au niveau de notre appartement (terrasse moche de notre chambre), et autres dépradations signalées à l'agence car pas d'inventaire ni à l'arrivée, ni au départ.
