The separate small room contains 1 sofabed measuring 135 cm as well as 1 bunk bed of 80 cm, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for all guests. The kitchenette is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a combination microwave. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC.

The apartment is equipped with electric heating, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay regardless of the season. Pets are welcome, with 1 small pet or dog permitted on the property. The kitchenette amenities include 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules available as an extra, a raclette grill, and a combination microwave, offering everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. An iron is available for your convenience. A television offering French-language channels is provided for entertainment. The apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm for your safety. The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. The property is strictly reserved for non-smokers. Please be aware that the building is not served by a lift, and access to the 2nd floor is therefore via the stairs. WiFi internet access and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules are available at an additional cost. The television reception is limited to French-language channels only.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
