The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms: the first room features a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, the second room offers a french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, and the third room is appointed with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. This floor also includes a second shower room with WC as well as a sauna. A west-facing balcony and a north-facing terrace are accessible from the lower ground floor, and the property enjoys a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
