The main level features a small entrance hall that leads into a welcoming living and dining room, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV, with direct access to an east-facing terrace. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this level. On the lower ground floor, you will find all 3 bedrooms: the first room features a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, the second room offers a french bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm, and the third room is appointed with a french bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. This floor also includes a second shower room with WC as well as a sauna. A west-facing balcony and a north-facing terrace are accessible from the lower ground floor, and the property enjoys a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
