The main level features a combined living and dining area, a sleeping alcove with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, an open kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate WC. From the living area, you have direct access to a 9 square metre west-facing balcony offering beautiful views of the mountains and the valley. The upper floor consists of 2 open interconnecting rooms with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height ranges from 50 to 130 cm and the door height is 130 cm. The first interconnecting room contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second interconnecting room features 2 beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The property has 1 bathroom in total. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as a gallery or alcove, and there is no lift access to the apartment.

Amenities Included

The open kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Senseo capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a raclette grill is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine is available on the premises for your convenience. The living area includes a television, though please note that it receives French-language channels only. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
