It is important to note that, rather than an enclosed bedroom, this alcove sleeping area is located within an open-plan section of the apartment. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, complete with access to a private balcony. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining table is integrated into the living area, making it a practical and convivial space for meals. The apartment includes 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC, providing added convenience for guests sharing the accommodation.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
