On the lower ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm and benefits from its own exit to the terrace, along with a shower and WC. On the upper floor, the second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 190 cm, and is served by a dedicated shower and WC. The apartment enjoys beautiful views of the lake, the garden, and the port. 2 terraces of 7 m2 each are accessible from the property, one facing west and one facing east, both furnished with terrace furniture.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
