A separate lakeside sauna building adds to the charm of the property, complete with a washroom, a wood-burning sauna stove, a light fireplace, 1 bed in the lounge, and 2 frame mattresses without legs in the sauna loft. The property is equipped with a water purification device that draws water from Lake Saimaa via a pump, ensuring that household water can be taken directly from the tap throughout the cabin and the sauna building.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Cabin Hevonkuusi are a true highlight of the property, offering direct access to the shores of Lake Saimaa just 20 metres away. A private pier provides the perfect spot for relaxing by the water, enjoying the serene Finnish landscape, or setting out for a swim. The lakeside sauna building sits right on the beach, and in front of it you will find a wood-heated hot tub, available for rent in connection with the sauna. Please be aware that the hot tub is not available during the frost season in winter, and it is the responsibility of the tenant to heat and clean the tub personally. The surrounding natural environment offers a sense of seclusion and calm, with the open lake views creating a stunning backdrop for outdoor dining, leisure, and relaxation throughout your stay.

The nearest grocery store where drinking water can be purchased is located in Ristiina town, approximately 22 km away. It is important to note that the property is rented exclusively to a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children and is not available for groups of 9 to 10 adults.
