This elegant vacation rental is a fully renovated 2-room apartment spanning 60 m2 on the ground floor, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Renovated in 2022 with modern and tasteful furnishings, the apartment is both spacious and bright, offering a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The large living and dining room is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. The dedicated bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, bringing the total to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a separate WC. The large, open-plan kitchen flows naturally into the dining area and is fully equipped for everyday use, including an oven, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Direct access from the living area leads out to the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between the interior and outdoor spaces.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

clean, light and airy apartment. Perfect for a couple. Lots of clean bedding. Two basins in the bathroom Good shower. Separate WC. Plenty of useful equipment and crockery in the kitchen. Outside area was nice but a little cool and enclosed so we never used the barbecue. Filter coffee machine. Nice view of the sea and super-easy to get to the nearby beaches which were good for a quick dip in the sea. Handful of nice bars/creperies nearby
