The second bedroom, which is located separately from the main apartment on the opposite landing, contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length as well as 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is fitted with a shower and WC. The apartment also includes a small, open-plan kitchen with a dining table, as well as a separate bath and WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 3.

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays, featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, a mini-oven, a standard oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available at an extra charge. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
