You will be staying in a 2-room apartment that spans 33 square meters and is situated on the 1st floor. The living/dining room features 2 beds (80 cm wide and 180 cm long) and a TV, leading out to a balcony. Additionally, there is 1 room equipped with a french bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long).

The apartment comes furnished with a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom and a separate WC are also provided. Electric heating is available for your comfort. Internet access (WiFi) is offered as an extra facility. Please note that a smoke alarm is installed in the apartment.
Other Information
The apartment boasts a balcony with a south-west facing position, perfect for enjoying the warm weather during your vacation. However, it is important to note that parking is not available on the premises. Additionally, the TV channels are limited to French programming only.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
