On the upper floor, 2 double-bedded rooms await, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Each of the 2 bedrooms benefits from its own private shower and WC, as well as direct access to a 16 m2 balcony from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
