Interior Description

MAIN VILLA
The entrance is large, with two sofas in which to relax. A bar area, where you can have a coffee or a drink (all drinks will be charged to your bill during your stay). Ice making facility (great for children).
The large villa has twelve beds. From the reception / lounge, where there is a large wall-mounted Samsung TV where children can play on the play station and relax or they can choose to play in the park area, where there are swings, table tennis, slide and climbing frame, all positioned on a lawned garden.
n addition, there is the swimming pool which measures 4m - 11m and has a depth of 30cm in the lower part and a maximum depth of 1.5m. From this living area there are 3 king size bedrooms, all with private bathroom, toilet with shower, hand shower and shower head, with stone sink, towel rail, bathrobes and slippers.

All three bedrooms have patio doors onto a small courtyard, two bedrooms have patio doors opening onto the same courtyard.
All rooms have been designed with hand made paintings of various designs, in olive wood, and all are rustic, made with earth and natural resources. On this floor there is a separate toilet and a wash basin.

A flight of stairs leads to the second floor, where there is a large living and dining area, with an open plan kitchen. The kitchen has a large American-style refrigerator with freezer, two electric ovens and a five-burner gas hob. There is a large square stone sink and windows overlooking the gardens and a view of the trullo. There is also an integrated dishwasher. The dining table is handmade, as are all the furniture in the villa and in the trullo. The kitchen, also handmade in natural wood. The living room has an open-plan fireplace and a 50-inch TV. This second floor lounge opens on two sides to the balcony area, and also to a covered pergola, where there is a table with seating for sixteen which is built under a handmade rustic canopy, offering plenty of shade during the heat summer months.

Here you will also find a gas BBQ, which is great for outdoor grills. From the lounge, there are two steps up to the bedrooms. There is a small toilet, which is more for the service staff. This floor provides three king sized bedrooms, along an arched corridor, with arched glass windows to the left. There is also a glass door, which leads to the herb garden, where you will find basil, thyme, sage, and many more homegrown herbs, ideal for use by the designated cook, or if you prefer to be totally spoiled we can arrange for a local chef to prepare typical Pugliese cuisine.

The bedrooms all exquisitely designed, with the same natural feel, of the rest of the Villa. All bedrooms on this floor have en-suite facilities, with shower, with hand held and overhead chrome showerhead. Toilet and stone sink. The toilets throughout the upper level all have hand held showers, instead of bidets. All three bedrooms, open up onto a veranda, with outside seating, and views across the pool, and children’s play area.
