The property accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living area is an open, compact space furnished for relaxation and equipped with a satellite TV, with direct access to the veranda. The 1 small double bedroom contains 2 beds, each measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The kitchen is a small yet fully equipped space featuring an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table for meals. The bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. Outside, a 15 m2 terrace furnished with terrace furniture offers a beautiful view of the sea and fjord.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
