It is worth noting that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated within an open-plan space rather than enclosed rooms. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed and benefits from its own shower and WC, with direct access to the terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom features 2 beds and a separate WC, also with exit to the terrace. Both levels enjoy access to a balcony and terrace, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding resort.

Parking is available directly next to the house, with 1 designated space provided. Should additional vehicles need to be accommodated, further parking is available in a designated parking lot located 100 meters below the property, as indicated by the resident. Advance reservation of this additional parking space is required and may be subject to an additional fee. Guests are also reminded that certain sleeping areas within the chalet are located in open-plan spaces such as the gallery, rather than in fully enclosed bedrooms.
