A large kitchen, designed for convivial family meals, is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.
The upper floor houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms across the property. 2 of these rooms are double bedrooms, each fitted with a hand-basin, and both benefit from direct access to a balcony. The fourth room contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and also opens onto the balcony. The upper floor is served by 1 shower and WC bathroom, which is the sole full bathroom of the property. The entire house benefits from underfloor heating throughout both levels.
