"Haus Sigfried" is a spacious and bright 5-room vacation rental spread across 2 levels, covering a total surface area of 150 m2 and accommodating up to 9 guests. The property was partly renovated in 2022 and features warm, cosy furnishings with characteristic wooden furniture elements and parquet floors throughout.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a comfortable double bedroom equipped with a hand-basin. The living room is generously proportioned and includes a dining nook as well as a tiled stove, and opens directly onto the garden and a large terrace of 25 m2. A large kitchen, designed for convivial family meals, is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor houses the remaining 3 bedrooms, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms across the property. 2 of these rooms are double bedrooms, each fitted with a hand-basin, and both benefit from direct access to a balcony. The fourth room contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and also opens onto the balcony. The upper floor is served by 1 shower and WC bathroom, which is the sole full bathroom of the property. The entire house benefits from underfloor heating throughout both levels.
