The washroom and WC are conveniently located within the cabin, and a dedicated sauna room fitted with a wood-burning stove adds an authentic Finnish touch to your stay. Connectivity is ensured through Wi-Fi, keeping you seamlessly in touch whether for leisure or remote work. For guests travelling with electric vehicles, a standard 230V outdoor socket is available as an EV Charging Station, bookable as an additional service through the owner. An air source heat pump ensures efficient and comfortable climate control throughout the year, making this cabin a welcoming base in every season.

Outdoors

The cabin shares access to a range of inviting outdoor facilities with the neighbouring 3 cabins situated in the same row, all approximately 200 metres from the shoreline of Lake Jerojärvi. A shallow sandy beach provides a safe and relaxing spot for swimming and sunbathing, while a traditional pier stretches out over the calm lake waters, perfect for fishing, contemplating the scenery, or simply enjoying the tranquillity of the Finnish lakeside. A lean-to shelter is also available in the shared outdoor area, offering a rustic and sheltered space for outdoor gatherings or quiet moments in nature. Adding a playful dimension to outdoor life, a small disc golf course with 3 baskets is set within the grounds, providing a fun recreational activity for guests of all ages. The natural surroundings of the Koli area further enrich the outdoor experience, with forests and lake views framing the property in every direction.

Other Information

The cabin is well equipped to welcome families with young children, as children's equipment including a travel cot, a high chair for a baby, and a potty can be delivered separately upon request. For added peace of mind, safety gates are installed at both the top and bottom of the stairs. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee, and the cabin thoughtfully provides a drinking cup and a paw cleaning towel for four-legged guests. A lakeside sauna accommodating up to 3 persons, complete with a dressing room, is available for rent directly from the owner. This facility operates seasonally from 1 May to 31 October and is equipped with battery lighting, with water carried from the lake in keeping with traditional Finnish sauna customs. Reservations and payment for the lakeside sauna are arranged directly with the owner. The electric vehicle charging service is available as an additional bookable option and should be selected from the list of additional services at the time of reservation.
