The living and dining area is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping and lounging space. A dedicated sleeping alcove features 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping arrangements within the open-plan layout. Please be aware that rather than an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, specifically within an alcove. The studio comprises 1 bathroom along with a separate WC. A kitchenette is integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The studio opens onto a balcony with a north-west facing position, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
