The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom is furnished with a french bed, and a dedicated playroom provides additional space for leisure. A 50 m2 games room with billiards and karaoke equipment is also located on the ground floor. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. The upper floor hosts 4 bedrooms in total across the property: 1 bedroom with a french bed and 2 further bedrooms each furnished with 3 beds. A bathroom with WC serves the upper floor. The property offers 2 bathrooms in total across both levels.
