This area houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 pull-out bed designed for 2 persons, consisting of 2 x 90 cm sections with a length of 190 cm. A bathroom is also located on this upper level. Please be aware that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are situated in an open-plan gallery space. The property includes 1 bathroom in total, providing a well-organised and functional layout throughout both floors.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
