The apartment underwent a full renovation in 2021 and features a contemporary yet cosy aesthetic throughout its thoughtfully arranged spaces.

The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, furnished with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the private terrace. From this floor, guests enjoy a side view of both the sea and the swimming pool, creating a relaxing and scenic atmosphere. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing generous sleeping comfort for couples or family members. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is fitted with an oven, a 4-plate ceramic glass hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that coffee capsules compatible with the machine are available for purchase separately and are not included in the rental. The apartment features 2 bathrooms: one configured as a bath with WC, and the second as a bath with bidet and WC, ensuring ample facilities for all guests.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
