The living and dining area is thoughtfully furnished and includes 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests. This convivial space opens directly onto a large south-facing balcony of 4 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski run. The first bedroom contains 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second, smaller room is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal configuration for families. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. Throughout the apartment, elegant parquet floors contribute to the refined and welcoming atmosphere created by the fully renovated interiors completed in 2024.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
