A compact kitchen of 8 m2 is also situated on this level, equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is a double room featuring sloping ceilings and a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
