Also on this level, 1 bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm in length, complemented by a fan for added comfort. A fully equipped kitchenette is also found on this floor, along with a shower room with WC. The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. The first of these rooms contains a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, the second features a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and the third is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A bathroom with both a bath and shower, as well as a WC, serves the upper floor. The property also benefits from a roofed terrace of 80 m2 with a west-facing orientation, furnished with terrace furniture and 7 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
