"Ushuaia" is a charming 4-room chalet of 80 m2, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, including 4 adults and 2 children. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across 2 floors to ensure comfort and privacy for the whole group. On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining area centered around an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes, along with an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering stays. A shower room with WC completes the facilities on this floor. The living area opens onto a balcony and a terrace, both benefiting from a north-facing and west-facing position that frames breathtaking views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding resort. On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are arranged across 3 separate rooms. The first bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. A full bathroom with bath and WC serves the lower ground floor.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
