If arranged separately with the owner in advance, the owner can carry out the heating on your behalf. The separate outbuilding is fully usable throughout the year. During winter, for reservations accommodating between 2 and 8 people, the owner kindly requests that guests inform them in advance of how many of the 3 bedrooms in the outbuilding they wish to use in addition to the 2 bedrooms in the main villa. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted at the property, subject to an additional pet fee.
