Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The property also benefits from a 15 m2 east-facing terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, making it an ideal setting for relaxing mornings and al fresco dining.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
