Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds (90 cm wide beds) and the other with 2 separate beds (90 cm wide beds). Sauna (electric heater), washroom/toilet, separate toilet, utility room. Loft not in use.
Wireless internet connection and air-to-air heat pump on site.
Outdoor storage room with ski waxing stand.
The groomed ski trail can be accessed from the end of Kruununtie, where there is a parking lot. From the parking lot, the trail leads to Luosu and Velho kota. The distance from the cottage is approx. 4 km. The trail can also be accessed from the Velho kota parking lot, which is approx. 6 km from the cottage.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
