"Ambre 4" is a thoughtfully designed 4-room vacation rental spanning 98 m2 on the 1st floor, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment benefits from a south-facing orientation, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The living and dining room serves as the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the large south-facing garden. The fully equipped open kitchen is adjacent to the living area and also enjoys east-facing garden access. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a direct exit to the east-facing garden. The second bedroom equally features 2 single beds of the same dimensions, 90 cm by 200 cm, and also opens onto the east-facing garden. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and provides access to the north-facing patio. The 2 bathrooms consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower room with WC, the latter also featuring a double hand-basin.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
