The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site. Guests aged 16 years and above are subject to a visitor's tax of CHF 4.50 per night, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt. Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office, subject to a deposit. Bookings made up to 60 days before arrival may be cancelled free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant holds the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is considered decisive for determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays being treated as the following working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental agreement, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
