An office area provides additional sleeping accommodation with 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a bar and opens seamlessly to the living spaces, making it ideal for both casual meals and entertaining.

On the lower ground floor, the sleeping quarters are arranged across 3 generously sized rooms. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath and WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
