The interior is bright and characterful, featuring partly sloping ceilings and furnishings that are both practical and cosy, partly renovated in 2025 to a high standard.

On the main level, the open-plan living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, complete with a dining table and direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully open to the living space and is equipped for comfortable self-catering. The main bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own exit to the balcony. The children's room features 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from access to the balcony. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, there is an open playroom with sloping ceilings, offering a dedicated and imaginative space for younger guests. Multiple balconies serve the property, with orientations facing both south and north, all furnished with balcony furniture and offering a marvellous panoramic view of the valley and the resort.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
