Fully renovated in 2019, the apartment combines practical functionality with beautiful furnishings, accommodating a maximum capacity of 3 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area features a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the garden through a dedicated exit. The 1 double bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and well-appointed sleeping space. A small kitchen is conveniently located in the entrance area and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. Completing the layout, the apartment also benefits from a small terrace of 8 m2 and a small garden, both enjoying the east-facing orientation, as well as a side view of the mountains.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
