The open living and sleeping area is spacious and bright, furnished with 1 sofabed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace, making it an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining. The 1 dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and it also benefits from its own exit to the terrace. Each of the 2 bathrooms is configured as a shower and WC. The fully open kitchen is integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
