The kitchen is designed in an open-plan layout, seamlessly connecting to the living space and equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
