The separate sauna building located on the property is available free of charge during the summer season, from June 1 to August 31. Guests travelling with young children will find a comprehensive selection of children's equipment available at the villa, including a child safety gate for the stairs, a travel cot, a high chair, and a potty. For guests arriving by car, a wall outlet for preheating the vehicle is provided, along with an extension cord. Electric vehicle charging is also possible on site, though it should be noted that there is no official dedicated charging point available. The property may also be considered for longer-term stays, subject to a separate agreement with the owner.
