The first bedroom is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a pull-out bed consisting of 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 180 cm in length, a flat screen television, and access to a north facing balcony. The second bedroom features a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a sliding door and direct exit to a south facing balcony. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a pull-out bed for 2 persons with 2 sections each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and access to a north facing balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and WC, and a separate WC is also available.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
