The living and dining area is furnished with comfort and style, featuring 1 double sofabed that provides additional sleeping flexibility for guests. From this space, you have direct access to a balcony of 5 m2 as well as a roofed terrace of 5 m2, both equipped with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation. The 1 double bedroom offers a private and restful retreat. A further room, without a window, is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, making it a practical sleeping space for younger guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC.
Amenities Included
The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your visit. Air conditioning is available in the living and dining room as well as in the double bedroom, keeping the space cool during warmer periods. Heat is available via forced-air heating in the living and dining room and in the double bedroom, with heating operational from 01.12 to 31.03, though it is not available in all rooms. A boiler of 80 litres supports the hot water supply. The kitchen is well appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Entertainment is catered for with a flat screen television in the living and dining room and a further flat screen television in the double bedroom. A washing machine is available for your convenience, along with an iron and a hair dryer. A children's high chair is provided, and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old is available as an extra upon request. The apartment also offers complimentary WiFi internet access.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
