"Grande Ensouleihado" is a spacious and beautifully appointed 5-room vacation rental spanning 110 m2, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living area features a large living and dining room complete with a dining table and a flat screen television, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private exit to the garden. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A self-contained studio forms part of the accommodation and includes 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 2 additional sleeping facilities measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with its own shower and WC. The remaining bathroom consists of a shower and a separate WC. The fully equipped open kitchen is fitted with a bar and connects naturally to the living and dining space, making it ideal for shared meals and entertaining.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
