This communal area opens directly onto the terrace, allowing for a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from both air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equally appointed with air conditioning and forced-air heating, along with its own exit to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are not included. The bathroom facilities consist of a bath with bidet and WC, a separate shower with WC, and an additional separate WC. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and 2 deck chairs, and offers a pleasant view of the garden.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
