This level also includes 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a bathroom and a separate WC. The open-plan kitchen flows naturally from the living space, creating a convivial and functional environment for guests. Direct access to the garden and the terrace is available from this floor.
On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is arranged across 4 additional rooms. 2 of these rooms each feature 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with one of these rooms benefiting from its own private bath and WC. A further room on this floor contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the fifth bedroom is appointed with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room, a combined shower and WC, and a separate WC. Please note that the bed layout is flexible and that more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum occupancy of 8 persons, which may under no circumstances be exceeded.
