The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a direct exit to the terrace. The kitchen is large and open-plan, fully fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The bathroom on this level features a shower, a double hand-basin, and 2 separate WCs. On the upper floor, a gallery area provides an additional open-plan sleeping space with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is not an enclosed bedroom but rather an open-plan gallery space. The south-facing and west-facing terrace extends to approximately 40 m2 and is furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs.
