On the ground floor, the entrance leads into a large living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, which adds warmth and character to the space. From this area, as well as from several bedrooms and the kitchen, direct access to the garden is available. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from a private exit to the garden. A second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A third bedroom, configured as a walk-through room, also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions and includes a separate WC. The ground floor further includes a large kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as 2 shower rooms and a separate WC.

The upper floor offers a large lounge area complete with a bar and a flat screen television, as well as a dedicated home cinema setup. This level hosts 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these rooms each feature a private dressing room and are individually furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
