The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferring to the next working day. In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed. It is also worth noting that the holiday flat A301 is located within the same building.
