The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and is also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment further includes a separate shower and WC as well as an additional separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
