Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright and spacious living and dining room, complete with cable TV and direct access to a large balcony with both west-facing and south-facing orientations, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ski runs. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC, with its own balcony access facing north. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing position. The third bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with direct access to a west-facing balcony. A separate bath and WC serves the remaining guests. Throughout the apartment, elegant wooden floors add warmth and character to the living spaces. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
