The attic level houses a spacious, modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction hob, along with crockery for 14 people. A striking 3.60-metre solid wooden dining table anchors the dining area, providing ample space for all guests to gather together. The living area, situated within the beautifully restored original roof truss, is separated from the dining area by a modern fireplace and furnished with a large sofa and a television, making it an especially inviting space for evenings spent with family or friends. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected throughout their stay.

From the dining area, direct access leads to a terrace where, in fine weather, guests can relax and take in the surrounding mountain scenery and abundant sunshine. The ground floor of the property features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom complete with a bath, shower, and WC, as well as a playroom equipped with a pull-out sofa that can serve as an additional sleeping area. A laundry room with wardrobe and a large ski boot dryer is also located on this level, making the property particularly well suited for winter stays. The upper floor serves as the primary sleeping level, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 wet rooms, each fitted with a shower and WC. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included and invoiced accordingly. Parking is included with the rental.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Pascale and Fabienne are wonderful hosts, and the village is lovely. As Americans visiting Lenzerheide, we found Lain to be a perfect escape from some of the larger hotels. And the house was in great shape and a good for for 2-3 families.
