This is a strictly non-smoking flat, and guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule throughout their stay. Bed, toilet, and kitchen linen are included in the total rate at a cost of 25 CHF per person, and a final cleaning fee of 110 CHF is also incorporated into the overall booking price. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 200 CHF or Euro is required and must be paid in cash. On the day of arrival, guests will receive a payment link through which they can provide their credit card details to cover the deposit. Alternatively, guests may choose to leave a cash deposit of 300 CHF or Euro.
